Associate E-Commerce Professional (Magento/Shopify)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week in London, England; must be able to travel to the Waterloo–Southwark area.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize EMEA direct-to-consumer websites across Magento and Shopify.
• Develop e-commerce strategies, merchandising plans, seasonal launches, promotions, and pricing initiatives to support revenue and profitability targets.
• Own website operations, development roadmaps, tickets, content updates, releases, and platform enhancements.
• Monitor traffic, conversion, site speed, stock availability, and other trading KPIs, delivering reports and actionable recommendations.
• Execute on-page SEO, coordinate with agencies and developers, and improve customer journeys through feedback, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, IT, Demand Planning, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention, loyalty, and online brand experience.

Requirements

• Experience managing Magento platforms and working with external e-commerce technology partners.
• Experience in SEO and e-commerce merchandising.
• Ability to think strategically, build roadmaps, and act as a subject matter expert in technical business areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of equivalent relevant e-commerce experience.
• Authorized to work in the UK without immigration restrictions.
• Ability to attend the London office 3 days per week.
