Customer Success Engineer AUZ (AppSec)

What you will do

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn and protect customer retention.
• Drive product adoption and help customers realize value from the platform.
• Lead onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Debug workflow issues, investigate technical problems, and escalate complex cases.
• Deliver training sessions for customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Prior AppSec experience is required.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
