We are looking for an experienced and drive-driven Retention Team Leader to manage high-performing retention operations for a major brand in Limassol!
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (100% On-Site)
🏢 Industry: Forex / Financial Services
⏰ Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 05:00 – 14:00 (Early Shift)
💼 Role: Retention Team Leader (Full-Time)
💰 Compensation: Base Salary + Very High Commission Structure (negotiable based on experience)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and drive daily performance for the retention sales team.
Monitor KPIs, track conversions, and ensure monthly revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Optimize caller workflows, conversion strategies, and client escalation handling.
Conduct regular training, pitch coaching, and performance evaluations.
📋 Requirements:
Proven leadership experience as a Retention Team Leader within the Forex / Fintech industry.
Strong sales track record with a deep understanding of retention strategies and client dynamics.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
Ability to work early morning shifts (05:00 – 14:00) on-site in Limassol.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
