TL;DR

Head of Sales (FX/CFD/Crypto): Leading direct and retail sales across Cyprus, the UAE, or India with an accent on revenue ownership, VIP/HNW clients, sales-team management, and IB, affiliate, and partnership channels. Focus on building sales funnels, managing CRM and KPIs, analyzing performance, and personally closing major deals.

I am looking for Head of Sales (Cyprus,UAE,India) from FX/CFD/crypto with 5 years of sales experience, who has personally worked in direct/retail sales, managed 10–30+ salespeople, owns revenue/deposits/trading volume, has VIP/HNW experience, experience with call-centre and has built IB/affiliate/partnership channels. Strong in sales funnels, CRM, KPIs and data-driven performance management, while still being capable of personally closing major deals.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Sales, preferably FX/CFD, Crypto, OTC, Fintech or Payments
• Proven sales leadership and revenue ownership
• Experience with VIP clients and partnerships
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
• Fluent English
• Existing industry network is a strong advantage

💰 Fixed salary + performance-based bonus
