What you will do

• Guide team efforts on Benchling deployment and adoption of R&D flows ensuring regulatory compliance
• Configure and customize Benchling Developer Platform and applications
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Benchling
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions
• Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems via Benchling API
• Monitor API usage and rate limits, handle data import/export processes
• Collaborate with scientists and IT to optimize Benchling workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Benchling platform configuration and administration
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and system interoperability
• Strong understanding of GxP and GAMP regulations in software environments
• Flexibility to work in CET and EST time zones

Nice to have

• Software development experience (Python, Java, or C#)
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
• Experience in biological or chemical laboratory environments
• Exposure to laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485
