Senior Product Manager (User Activation)

Location: Office in Montenegro; relocation support and residence permit assistance are available for candidates moving to Montenegro.

What you will do

• Own the user activation journey from installation through activation and retention.
• Build and maintain a high-tempo pipeline of A/B tests for first-session experience, time-to-value, and D1-D7 retention.
• Formulate hypotheses, define stopping rules, and determine when A/B testing or alternative research methods are appropriate.
• Interpret product metrics through user behavior and connect decisions to product and business impact.
• Develop a scalable activation and onboarding process, with potential future ownership of the Content Stream and core product features.
• Use AI tools for research, PRDs, prototyping, and hypothesis generation while evaluating their strengths and limitations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in B2C mobile apps.
• Experience working with subscriptions.
• Measurable case studies demonstrating growth in onboarding or activation metrics.
• Strong understanding of A/B test design, hypotheses, stopping rules, and research methods.
• Proactive, systematic approach and a product-over-project mindset.
• English and Russian are required.
