What you will do
- Support user acceptance testing for customer service, order management, and related systems, including scenario preparation, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate business users and stakeholders during testing to validate business requirements.
- Support new system implementation through business process design, requirement gathering, and solution validation.
- Prepare for system go-live, including business cutover planning, operational readiness, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate post-go-live stabilization, business process handover, and transition from project teams to operations.
- Support data migration, maintain migration records, document workflows, develop SOPs and training materials, and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Ability to support customer service, order management, and related system activities.
- Ability to coordinate business users and stakeholders during system testing and implementation.
- Ability to document As-Is and To-Be business processes and system workflows.
- Ability to manage project records, migration documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Work location: Shanghai, China.
