What you will do

• Research trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Identify trending formats, hooks, storytelling styles, viral mechanics, and competitor content.
• Generate daily content ideas and adapt them to the brand and target audience.
• Develop detailed video scripts for Reels Makers and Video Editors.
• Provide clear creative instructions and feedback to ensure accurate execution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation, including TikTok or Instagram.
• Russian at B2+ and English at B2+ level.
• Strong interest in content and social media.
• Ability to deconstruct viral videos and understand why they perform well.
• Responsible and reliable approach to work.
