Senior Scale Solution Engineer (Korean-speaking; English required)

What you will do

• Own technical customer engagements across pre-sales evaluation, onboarding, and production.
• Advise multiple customers concurrently on the Databricks Data + AI Platform.
• Set technical direction and provide high-quality guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build and improve reusable AI-augmented workflows for scaled customer delivery.
• Assess customer needs, address objections, and demonstrate platform value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data, AI, or cloud.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI-driven development with Python or SQL and experience building AI-augmented workflows.
• Understanding of end-to-end data analytics and data engineering workflows and their trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Databricks Certification.
• Experience building AI tooling and automation, consulting or pre-sales, or agentic solutions.
