What you will do
- Design the group-wide AI framework, guidance, templates, register, and tools for tracking AI usage and value.
- Support functions and subsidiaries as they develop AI solutions, including checks and reviews before launch.
- Train teams, provide practical guidance, and communicate AI progress and risks to management.
- Lead cross-functional AI governance projects across teams and countries, coordinating people, priorities, and timelines.
- Track AI solutions from registration through live use and maintain visibility across the group.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience suitable for a leading role, including setting direction and carrying decisions across a group.
- Background in business, data, or technology, with a practical understanding of AI applications.
- Interest in the rules shaping AI use in finance.
- Ability to turn new concepts into structured frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Clear communication in English and experience leading cross-functional projects from idea to delivery.
