ML Engineer (Speech Synthesis)

What you will do

• Optimize the dubbing pipeline from automatic speech recognition through speech synthesis and audio mixing.
• Integrate, fine-tune, and innovate with state-of-the-art generative models.
• Advance in-house voice cloning technology to improve expressiveness, speaker fidelity, and adaptation for dubbing.
• Build scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, annotation, and model training.
• Define and automate evaluation metrics for measurable improvements in model quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with generative machine learning models in NLP, vision, or speech, deployed in production.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience training large-scale models.
• Impactful project experience in speech synthesis, ASR, voice conversion, or a related field.
