SAP FI Consultant

What you will do

• Conduct and document requirements-gathering and discovery workshops with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate SAP S/4HANA and related platforms, explaining how they address client requirements.
• Advise clients during requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution design, and configuration.
• Translate business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional requirements.
• Analyze project or program risks and issues together with project managers.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant on implementation and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, financial accounting process design, and related customizing settings.
• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English at B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Previous experience as a General Accountant.
• SAP Cloud experience.
• ABAP debugging experience.
