Emergency Manager Americas & EHS LATAM (Emergency Management/Business Continuity): Developing and maintaining emergency management frameworks, training programs, and continuity systems across the Americas and LATAM with an accent on regional resilience, stakeholder coordination, and performance improvement. Focus on leading simulation exercises, analyzing emergency incidents, conducting operational audits, and supporting high-stakes preparedness initiatives.
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days on-site at a site in Brazil. Possible locations include Suzano, São Paulo, Jacareí, Belo Horizonte, Rio das Ostras, Vitória da Conquista, and Ananindeua; preferred locations are Suzano or São Paulo.

What you will do
- Lead and maintain the regional Emergency Management program, including SOPs, guidelines, and simulation exercises.
- Manage and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management System across the Americas and LATAM region.
- Monitor Emergency Management performance against KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Develop training materials and support Emergency Management and BCMS training for regional teams.
- Support global emergency preparedness initiatives and act as deputy to the Head of Emergency Management when required.
- Lead root cause analyses for emergency incidents and conduct operational assessment audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; aptitude in Crisis Management systems is preferred.
- At least 3 years of senior-level experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or EHS in a strategic and decision-making capacity.
- Experience leading complex emergency management initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, make sound judgments under pressure, and remain composed during high-stakes emergency scenarios.
