Location: Cape Town, South Africa; onsite role with Tuesday-to-Saturday working hours from 11:00 to 20:00

Fulfilment Solutions is the logistics division of Online, supporting e-commerce fulfilment and pickup-point operations across South Africa.
What you will do
- Conduct driver shifting and vehicle inspection audits in line with compliance SOPs.
- Remove non-compliant drivers from shifts and report repeat violations, corrective actions, and retraining needs.
- Visit Pick n Pay Pickup Points weekly to support operational improvements and advise store management.
- Audit company policies, procedures, brand standards, service levels, housekeeping, and branch productivity.
- Prepare findings and trend reports in Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools, and present them to relevant management teams.
- Monitor SOP compliance, meet audit KPIs, and support Franchise Managers and Food Compliance Coordinators.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- NQF Level 4 or diploma qualification is advantageous.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a franchise business or hospitality industry.
- Previous operational auditing experience is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office or equivalent Google tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work the required Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule.
