Chapter Lead AI/LLM Data Scientist (Agentic AI): Designing and deploying production-grade Agentic AI solutions across a global banking network with an accent on multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and scalable AI architectures. Focus on building autonomous AI agents capable of planning and reasoning to transform banking services in Risk Management and Financial Crime.

Location: Hybrid in Istanbul, Turkey (2 days/week in office for 3 weeks/month, 1 week fully remote per month)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a chapter of AI/LLM Data Scientists, supporting their professional growth and career development.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions powered by Large Language Models.
• Guide the development of multi-agent systems that interact with tools, APIs, data sources, and business applications.
• Establish best practices for AI engineering, experimentation, evaluation, governance, and safety.
• Partner with Product and Tribe Leads to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI products.
• Collaborate with MLOps and Platform teams to operationalize AI solutions at scale.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical professionals in Agile environments.
• Hands-on expertise building and deploying production-grade AI solutions using Python.
• Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI orchestration patterns.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
