DevOps Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Design and develop highly available, performant, and scalable backend architectures for business systems.
• Build core services and modules covering user systems, authentication, authorization, and open API capabilities.
• Design and implement microservices architectures, including service governance, modularization, and fault tolerance.
• Tune performance in high-concurrency scenarios and optimize stability, throughput, and response efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, analyze performance, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Java backend development experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Java core technologies, JVM, concurrency, collections, I/O, and network communication.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices development, and service governance.
• Experience building high-performance, high-concurrency systems and using caching, asynchronous processing, rate limiting, circuit breaking, and thread pools.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, distributed systems, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
