Senior FP&A Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, commentary, and quarterly board materials.
• Build and improve financial models for business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Automate and streamline reporting using AI tools and improve data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data with SQL and BI tools and partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in fintech, payments, startups, or other fast-moving environments.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SQL or reporting automation; Oracle EPM or a similar planning system is advantageous.
• Comfort using AI tools to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and large-dataset skills.
• Saudi National required; strong written and verbal English required.

Nice to have

• ACCA or an equivalent Saudi-recognized qualification such as SOCPA.
• Arabic language skills.
