What you will do

• Support growth plans and identify development opportunities for Caribbean Property Facultative Reinsurance.
• Coordinate preparation for renewal and client strategy meetings, including information gathering and presentation materials.
• Support facultative placements by managing submissions, market engagement, documentation, and internal escalations.
• Review exposures and loss experience, analyse risk information, and help develop placement and broking plans.
• Evaluate quotes and prepare summaries and recommendations for brokers, clients, and carrier partners.
• Support client and prospect meetings and coordinate stakeholders across brokers, clients, markets, and local offices.

Requirements

• Experience in property facultative reinsurance broking or underwriting.
• Experience or strong interest in Caribbean Property Reinsurance; Caribbean experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to manage priorities in a collaborative, solution-focused environment.
• Proficiency in preparing accurate placement documentation and presentations, with strong attention to detail.

• Experience supporting product-line initiatives and growth activity across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Experience supporting end-to-end placements and coordinating inputs across brokers, clients, and markets.
• Strong market awareness and the ability to translate coverage, pricing, and capacity developments into practical recommendations.
