hirify.global is a healthcare scale-up operating an in-house pharmacy for personalised medicines.

What you will do

• Prepare and compound medicines, including capsules, topical solutions, and sprays, using approved SOPs and batch records.
• Set up, operate, and perform routine checks on capsule fillers, mixers, counters, filling equipment, and labelling systems.
• Complete in-process checks, weight verification, reconciliations, yield calculations, and quality checks.
• Maintain GMP standards through accurate documentation, gowning, hygiene, housekeeping, cleanroom behaviour, and equipment cleaning.
• Handle raw materials and consumables, ensuring traceability and stock accuracy.
• Report and support investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues while contributing to continuous improvement and trainee support.

Requirements

• Successfully completed Compounding Operative training or have previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Good understanding of GMP and experience working in a regulated environment.
• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and SOPs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with QA, Pharmacy, and Operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical compounding, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
• Pharmacy, science, or manufacturing background.
• Experience completing GMP documentation and batch records.
• Experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
