Senior Solutions Engineer (AppSec)

Location: Remote in Italy, with European travel as needed

What you will do

• Act as a business solution adviser and product technical expert for prospects and customers.
• Manage and coordinate technical requirements throughout the sales process.
• Deliver technical demonstrations in customer meetings, conventions, and web sessions.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Translate customer requirements to Product Management and design solutions based on technical needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English at native or professional proficiency is essential.
• Proven experience working in Italy; experience in other European countries is desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong teamwork, autonomy, self-motivation, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with application or software development, modern programming languages, CI/CD, DevOps, software security, penetration testing, or code review.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or CISSP certification.
• Project management or technical writing experience.
• Exposure to MEDDICC sales methodology.
• Additional European languages.
