Software Engineer, Tooling & Automation (AI)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Base salary: DKK 539,400–809,200 gross per year

What you will do

• Create and maintain CI pipelines across desktop, mobile, console, XR, and embedded platforms.
• Build and improve tools and frameworks for platform support and test coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex CI failures across code and infrastructure layers.
• Coordinate test infrastructure changes with development teams, platform teams, and stakeholders across sites and time zones.
• Promote engineering practices that improve tooling quality, test stability, and developer productivity.
• Use AI tools such as Claude for analysis, automation, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience with or knowledge of hirify.global and its usage.
• Programming experience in C# and secondary experience with Python.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude.
• Analytical debugging skills across code and infrastructure layers.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of platforms supported by hirify.global, hirify.global test frameworks, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Git, code review workflows, Jira, test infrastructure, test stability analysis, or code coverage tooling.
