IT Security Consultant (AI Security)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland, with 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Support threat modelling workshops with application and platform teams.
• Identify assets, trust boundaries, attack surfaces, threat actors, abuse cases, and security risks.
• Create and maintain threat models using approved methodologies, tools, templates, and threat libraries.
• Review solution designs, architecture documentation, and application data flows.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to track remediation and mitigation actions.
• Document threats, risks, assumptions, and security recommendations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT security architecture principles.
• General understanding of security threats related to AI agents, machine learning systems, and large language models.
• Basic knowledge of threat modelling methodologies, particularly STRIDE.
• Ability to update threat models and map threats to predefined security controls and remediation actions.
• Good English communication skills at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Ability to translate technical threats into understandable business risks.
• Basic knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and MITRE ATLAS.
