Senior Data & Analytics Architect

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with one day per week from the Warsaw office

Salary: 1,440–1,600 PLN net + VAT per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design and evolve modern enterprise Data & Analytics architectures with domain architects, business architects, and solution designers.
• Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
• Integrate the Databricks cloud platform with on-premise Oracle and SAS data warehouse environments.
• Drive DataOps and SDLC practices, including automation with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Provide technology consulting, architectural guidance, and mentoring to technical teams.
• Support governance initiatives covering data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience defining architectural standards and mentoring data warehouse and business intelligence teams.
• Strong experience designing hybrid on-premise and cloud architectures, data models, and data flows.
• Experience defining SDLC processes and automating Data & Analytics delivery and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and DataOps practices.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle data platforms and experience designing solutions with Microsoft Azure components.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, UML, and BPMN.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Exadata, SAS 9.4, SAS Viya, or Databricks.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
