Senior Software Engineer, Graphics

hirify.global develops a widely used game engine and 3D development platform for games, XR, web, and industry applications.

What you will do

• Diagnose graphics and performance issues encountered by developers using hirify.global.
• Use GPU debugging and profiling tools to identify performance problems.
• Trace runtime issues through multithreaded systems and isolate root causes.
• Implement and maintain clean, reliable fixes.
• Support console hardware integration and delivery across supported platforms.
• Build platform-specific graphics expertise alongside experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Strong C++ skills.
• Demonstrable depth in multithreaded systems.
• Hands-on experience with GPU and graphics debugging and profiling tools, such as RenderDoc or equivalent.
• Sound architectural judgment and maintainable coding practices.
• Working knowledge of C#.
• Professional English proficiency is required for regular communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Platform-level graphics experience.
• Graphics debugging and profiling in constrained-hardware environments.
• Shader development experience.
• A degree in mathematics, computer science, physics, or a similar field.
