Graphics Programmer (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Architect, prototype, and implement graphics systems for multi-platform game titles.
• Write and maintain shaders and graphical features using HLSL, GLSL, or CG.
• Profile and investigate graphics performance bottlenecks across diverse mobile devices.
• Optimise render pipelines, post-processing, culling, LOD systems, lightmapping, memory usage, overdraw, and thermal performance.
• Use Vulkan and Metal to resolve visual anomalies and improve graphics stability.
• Collaborate with technical artists, engineers, and designers to balance visual quality and runtime efficiency.

Requirements

• Professional programming experience in C# or C++.
• Understanding of coding standards, software architecture, graphics pipelines, and 3D mathematics.
• Experience with shader programming and preferably physically based rendering workflows.
• Familiarity with Unity Scriptable Render Pipelines, including shader variants, batching, render passes, and custom renderer features.
• Experience profiling, debugging, and optimising graphics on Android or iOS hardware.
• Collaborative problem-solving skills and strong attention to visual detail.
