Software Engineer, XR

Location: Bellevue, Washington, USA

Base salary: $92,400–$176,000 USD gross annually, depending on the primary work location and candidate qualifications.

What you will do

• Implement XR technologies and features in the hirify.global Engine.
• Integrate third-party SDKs for next-generation hardware and software platforms.
• Collaborate with XR teams, external partners, and multidisciplinary groups to deliver cohesive developer experiences.
• Work with new and existing hardware platforms to provide consistent development workflows.
• Investigate reported issues, participate in code reviews and project planning, and write automated tests.
• Coordinate with embedded QA on issue investigation, testing methodologies, and code quality.

Requirements

• Professional verbal and written English communication is required for regular collaboration with colleagues and partners worldwide.
• Experience with AR, VR, or XR development.
• Development experience with C/C++ and C#.
• Proficiency in 3D mathematics.
• Willingness to use AI code-generation software while maintaining understanding of the software architecture.

Nice to have

• Platform-level development experience with Android, Windows, or other native SDKs.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar game engines.
• Interest in future technologies.
