Principal Software Engineer (Unity)

What you will do

• Design and build complex, modular client-side systems that help game developers prototype casino games.
• Architect scalable Unity workflows using dependency injection, state machines, event systems, Addressables, and Asset Bundles.
• Lead Editor tooling, automated testing pipelines, and CI/CD development build processes.
• Optimize memory, storage, rendering, and runtime loading performance.
• Keep game development kits aligned with jurisdiction requirements and support iterative development.
• Coach and mentor game developers, conduct peer reviews, and help resolve critical technical issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with C# and Unity, including extensive knowledge of Unity Engine and Editor scripting APIs.
• 5+ years of C++ experience.
• Expertise in memory management, rendering pipelines, scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
• Experience with modern software development processes, automation, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication, maintainable portable code, and strong ownership of technical outcomes.
