What you will do
- Design and execute Betano’s annual sponsorship activation plan with the Country Manager.
- Coordinate external stakeholders, rights holders, and sponsorship partners.
- Manage contractual rights, partnership delivery, activation execution, and hospitality programs.
- Gather and analyze data, track sponsorship KPIs, and assess return on objectives.
- Prepare weekly internal reports and control the sponsorship activation budget.
- Evaluate sponsorship proposals and support additional marketing activities.
Requirements
- Relevant education in marketing, event management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in activation, events, and/or networking.
- Excellent command of English and Danish.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, commercial, and innovative skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours when needed.
