AI SDLC Engineer

Location: Hybrid work in Gdynia/Gdańsk, Warsaw, Rzeszów, or Kraków, Poland

Salary: 500–1,500 PLN net per day on a B2B contract; Mid: 500–900 PLN net per day; Senior: 1,000–1,500 PLN net per day

What you will do

• Develop software in Java, .NET, frontend, or cloud environments.
• Build internal AI-based solutions, including agents, workflows, and automations.
• Help development teams adopt AI in analysis, UX, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Measure the impact of AI adoption using time, quality, throughput, usage, and maturity indicators.
• Create and maintain standards for prompting, agents, memory, and AI workflows.
• Share knowledge and support the internal AI community.

Requirements

• Active software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, .NET, or frontend development.
• Active use of AI in daily development work beyond basic chatbot assistance.
• End-to-end understanding of the software development life cycle, from analysis to production.
• Ability to demonstrate concrete impact and measurable results.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from one of the listed Polish locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Test automation experience, including Playwright.
• Experience measuring team productivity.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms.
