What you will do

• Design and ship consumer-grade AI applications for health and wellbeing.
• Own a product area from user research and product requirements through development, launch, and iteration.
• Define product strategy, user experience, technical requirements, goals, and performance indicators.
• Plan and oversee experiments, using qualitative and quantitative research and data to measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and AI model training teams through polished implementation.
• Set design quality standards and move work forward in a fast-paced, ambiguous, design-driven environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field with 6+ years of product or service design experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Experience shipping consumer products from vision through launch, supported by a portfolio or work samples.
• Ability to advocate for design thinking, discover problems, influence outcomes, and manage complex cross-functional execution.
• Experience conducting research and applying qualitative and quantitative signals to design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and lead work from concept to implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with 8+ years or bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of product or service design experience.
• Experience prompting LLMs or working with generative AI.
• Familiarity with the healthcare space.
• Experience setting design vision for innovative products and leading phased execution plans.
