Senior Product Manager (Roadmap) - Star Trek Fleet Command

What you will do

• Own the content and performance strategy for monthly releases in Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Define and manage the content calendar with Design, Production, and Engineering.
• Use data and experimentation to optimise monetisation, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle.
• Analyse player behaviour across geographies and platforms to guide personalisation and segmentation.
• Partner with Economy Design, Systems Design, UX, Research, and Community teams to improve player experiences and maintain long-term progression balance.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and content verticals, including competitive research and revenue forecasting, while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation, engagement, and content development systems.
• Data-native mindset with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
• Strong player empathy and experience with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
• Experience driving impact across creative, design, and engineering teams.
