Senior Product Manager (Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command

What you will do

• Shape feature-team roadmaps, product vision, and strategy for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Own feature lifecycles from specification and requirements through launch, quality management, release analysis, and reporting.
• Prioritize player experience by addressing player issues and applying community feedback and user insights.
• Analyze game and market metrics to produce actionable recommendations, measurable objectives, and product strategies.
• Lead daily execution and larger projects while aligning creative, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex product decisions clearly and maintain alignment with senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Proven experience managing complex monetization and engagement systems and developing game content.
• Data-driven product judgment with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and action plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
• Experience with player research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
• Experience driving impact across creative, design, and engineering teams.
