What you will do

• Shape the roadmap, vision, and strategy for a feature team.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle, from writing specifications and defining requirements through launch, quality management, release analysis, and reporting.
• Prioritize player experience by addressing player issues and using community feedback and other voice-of-player channels.
• Lead daily work and larger projects while ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Analyze game and market metrics to produce actionable insights, product strategies, and measurable objectives.
• Communicate complex ideas and align upper management and cross-functional creative, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, ideally with significant responsibility for a free-to-play mobile game.
• Experience managing complex monetization and engagement systems and developing game content.
• Data-driven product judgment with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic insights and action plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
• Strong player empathy and experience with user research, community feedback, or other player feedback channels.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional creative, design, and engineering pods.
