Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Develop and lead the portfolio marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.
• Drive brand positioning and market presence across resort, luxury, lifestyle, and CBD hotel properties.
• Lead integrated campaigns for corporate, leisure, and tourism audiences.
• Oversee digital strategy, performance marketing, content, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, General Managers, and Accor stakeholders to improve guest engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor two Portfolio Marketing Executives while supporting annual marketing plans and budget strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
• Strong background in traditional marketing, brand strategy, and campaign development.
• Digital marketing expertise with experience leading strategy and performance outcomes.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, travel, or another customer-focused industry.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate across business units, and develop high-performing marketing professionals.
• Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
