What you will do
- Contribute to Data & Analytics projects that help clients solve complex business and analytical problems.
- Structure client problems, identify decisions supported by analysis, assess available data, and select suitable analytical approaches.
- Conduct analyses and build or validate models and analytical tools using Python, R, AI, and GenAI methods.
- Work on use cases including credit rating downgrade prediction, portfolio decarbonization, promotion optimization, credit risk modeling, chatbot validation, and supply chain risk analysis.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and discuss results with colleagues and clients.
- Collaborate with international project teams and travel or work on-site with clients when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong academic record, data-driven mindset, and confidence working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Python or R and willingness to expand technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Strong teamwork skills and resilience in a creative, dynamic environment.
- Business fluency in German and English is required; willingness to travel and work on-site with clients is also required.
