Associate to Consultant, Principal Investors and Private Equity Practice

What you will do

• Advise private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate investors, family offices, individuals, and other principal investors.
• Support capital optimization across the investment lifecycle, including market screening, due diligence, and value creation planning.
• Contribute to strategy and operations projects for investment funds and portfolio companies.
• Apply research, quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and strategic communication to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute to the development of the Principal Investors and Private Equity practice.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, with knowledge of M&A and private equity transaction work, for the Associate level.
• Additional experience and capabilities may be assessed for Senior Associate or Consultant level.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier institution.
• Experience developing business strategies and solving complex business problems through analytical and research-based approaches.
• Excellent written and spoken English, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Strong business acumen, commercial capability, judgment, leadership, and teamwork.
