TL;DR
Senior Risk Management Consultant (IRM / TPRM) (Operational Risk and Third-Party Risk Management): Designing and implementing risk transformation solutions for banking and financial services organizations with an accent on governance, risk assessments, controls, and third-party oversight. Focus on translating business requirements into functional specifications, defining workflows and risk scoring, and supporting ServiceNow-enabled solution delivery, testing, and data migration.
Location: Vietnam — any city

What you will do
- Facilitate workshops with business, risk, compliance, procurement, vendor management, and technology stakeholders.
- Analyze operational and third-party risk processes, policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Define future-state operating models and translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Advise on risk taxonomies, control libraries, RCSA, KRIs, assessments, issue management, remediation, and third-party lifecycle processes.
- Define workflows, risk scoring, assessments, reports, dashboards, approvals, and data migration requirements.
- Support solution demos, testing, UAT, training, knowledge transfer, and project governance with architects, developers, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, banking, business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management, governance, banking transformation, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management and third-party risk management practices.
- Experience with risk assessments, controls, KRIs, issue management, remediation tracking, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with banks, financial institutions, risk, compliance, procurement, vendor risk, or governance transformation projects.
- Exposure to ServiceNow IRM, ServiceNow TPRM, or other enterprise GRC platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, user stories, integrations, data migration, testing, and business-user training.
- Professional certifications in risk management, governance, audit, compliance, or third-party risk management.
