Associate Creative Director, Art (Digital and Social)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; office-first organization

Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Annual bonus eligibility is included.

What you will do

• Shape the visual direction of creative work and lead art direction across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Develop visual systems and executions that stand out and support campaign performance.
• Guide creative teams from concept through delivery with clear visual direction and practical feedback.
• Collaborate with copywriters, editors, strategists, media teams, and clients to develop and present creative work.
• Mentor designers and help raise the quality, consistency, and craft of creative output.
• Support new business efforts and client growth through strong visual thinking and presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the creative field, including 3+ years in senior art direction or creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, visual systems, and high-quality digital and social work.
• Experience leading visual execution across multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring designers and elevating creative output.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for at least three years.
