What you will do

• Join a BCG case team for 2–4 months as a fully integrated member.
• Work on real client challenges and take ownership of specific project areas.
• Apply analytical thinking and creativity to complex business and organizational questions.
• Analyse data and insights to develop recommendations that shape strategy and transformation.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop consulting skills through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Student in the final stages of a bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master's degree.
• Strong academic track record and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, curiosity, and adaptability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments.

Hiring process

• Complete an online reasoning assessment covering data interpretation, graphs, conclusions, and calculations.
• Participate in two first-round case interviews, followed by a recruiter interview, two final-round case interviews, and a written case.
