What you will do

• Shape and deliver technology strategies, digital platforms, and enterprise architectures for complex client transformations.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior leadership teams to define technology-driven business strategies and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale transformation programs, including execution, governance, risk management, and quality oversight.
• Develop operating models, transformation roadmaps, and scalable solutions across business processes, digital capabilities, and data ecosystems.
• Advise clients on technology organizations, architecture, implementation decisions, cloud, artificial intelligence, data, blockchain, microservices, and modern platforms.
• Contribute to business development, intellectual capital, technology capabilities, and market growth for BCG Platinion.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software development, digital transformation, or IT program and project management.
• Track record in a leading management consulting firm or technology consultancy, including technology strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale IT implementation.
• Experience leading complex technology transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and governance.
• Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise in areas such as IT strategy, enterprise architecture, legacy modernization, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, data platforms, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or technology risk management.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, data science, business administration, or a related field; fluent English and French required.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in manufacturing, financial institutions, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, private equity, energy and utilities, consumer products and retail, or the public sector.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, banking and insurance, digital channel, mobile, customer experience, HR, workforce, collaboration, or IoT platforms.
