Location: Casablanca, Morocco; flexibility to travel based on project needs.

What you will do
- Design and implement customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and enterprise architectures.
- Apply cloud computing, AI, microservices, blockchain, and containerization to technology initiatives.
- Support complex project workstreams and help clients adopt Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
- Work with client leadership teams, BCG case teams, consultants, architects, and senior stakeholders to deliver technology-driven transformation.
- Contribute to workshops, proposal development, client relationship management, knowledge sharing, and practice-building initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or IT project management.
- Strong foundation in data and cloud technologies, with experience in areas such as IT modernization, enterprise architecture, CRM, ERP, DevOps, Agile delivery, AI/ML, or data platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and business skills.
- Experience contributing to workshops and collaborating with client stakeholders in fast-paced, international environments.
- Professional fluency in French and English is required.
- Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
