What you will do

• Analyze customer requests and produce solution artifacts and estimations.
• Develop, maintain, deploy, and support solutions developed through implementation life cycles.
• Actively participate in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Establish strong business relationships with customers and provide advice on the best use of hirify.global products.
• Identify and highlight relevant risks and provide resolution recommendations.
• Be a positive influential force for technical best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or comparable professional development and commercial experience.
• 2-4 years of Commercial Software Development Experience.
• Programming/Software Development experience in Java, Spring, REST API.
• Good working knowledge of Object Orientated Design, Enterprise Database, GIT, Web Services SDLC and Agile Methodologies.

Nice to have

• 2+ years Knowledge of CRM and Billing Systems.
• Exposure to C#, DevOps, and Postgres.
• Experience in System Design and Data Analysis.
• Innovative Thinking capabilities.
• Ready to explore and find solutions after doing some POC.
