Customer Fulfilment Management (Biopharma)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; onsite

Salary: CAD 83,800–133,100, including target bonus.

What you will do

• Manage daily customer fulfilment operations and the Sales & Operations Execution process.
• Coordinate stock management, shortage mitigation, product allocation, backorders, substitutions, and short-shelf-life fulfilment decisions.
• Work with One Trade, supply chain planning, quality, distribution, transportation teams, warehouses, and 3PLs to maintain customer service levels.
• Coordinate product launch readiness, order processing, inventory checks, and distribution activities.
• Monitor fulfilment performance, prepare KPIs and analytics, investigate root causes, and drive process improvements.
• Govern outsourced O2C and 3PL/4PL activities and support customer communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience across customer fulfilment activities, ideally in the biopharma industry.
• English fluency required.
• Experience with customer orders, S&OE processes, stock management, supply chain coordination, and customer fulfilment analytics.
• Strong analytical, project management, scenario planning, risk analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and identify mission-critical issues.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of upstream and downstream biopharma processes and the local trade environment.
• Experience with SAP, CCM, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of managing carriers and 3PLs, export flows, master data, trade terms, S&OP, and IBP processes.
