QA Specilist

What you will do

• Support the deployment of the quality strategy, quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams for the local organizational unit.
• Use quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate customer case resolution through root cause analysis and preventive and corrective actions.
• Prepare, maintain, review, and release TQMS procedures, work instructions, forms, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct internal, customer, and third-party TQMS audits, including follow-up of NCRs and audit actions.
• Prepare project quality plans, inspection and test plans, certification documentation, and management review reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related function.
• Excellent knowledge of quality management and ISO9001.
• Quality engineer certificate or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Good auditing, communication, systematic thinking, and planning skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; strong responsibility, diligence, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
