TL;DR
Business Information Sr Security Manager (Cybersecurity/Governance): Advising regional commercial stakeholders on enterprise security governance, compliance, risk management, and contractual requirements with an accent on translating technical security issues into business decisions. Focus on interpreting penetration testing and vulnerability findings, supporting customer and contract reviews, and driving security awareness across a complex aviation technology business.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home; travel required for 10–15% of the time, with occasional work outside normal hours to support other geographic regions.

What you will do
- Align regional commercial requirements with enterprise security governance, policies, and standards.
- Support compliance, certifications, regulatory obligations, and security best-practice improvements.
- Advise stakeholders on balancing business objectives with information security risks.
- Support customer engagements, opportunity assessments, and contract reviews.
- Maintain communication between regional stakeholders, the business information security office, customer security center, and enterprise teams.
- Represent the cybersecurity program at conferences, client meetings, and industry forums while promoting security awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science or information systems.
- At least 7 years of experience in cloud, IT, information security, governance, compliance, audit, and risk management.
- Experience interpreting penetration testing, vulnerability management, application testing, and red-team engagements.
- Active cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Strong English communication, relationship-building, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to work with Agile methodology, matrix organizations, multiple priorities, and service-level management.
