Business Operation Analyst

Location: Slovakia; hybrid work with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office

Salary: EUR 17,700–32,700 annual base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Manage supply chain processes including inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, shipping, and backlog management.
• Produce operational reports, analyze supply and demand data, and communicate trends and findings to management.
• Gather demand data from country, regional, and account managers to support demand planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to maintain and improve business processes.
• Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service levels, delivery, supplier response, costs, and inventory velocity.
• Research priority projects, communicate planning requirements, and provide training or general direction to junior staff.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in a supply chain function.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, including plan, source, make, and deliver.
• Strong analytical, data modeling, communication, interpersonal, and developing project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus other analytical tools.
• Knowledge of MRP, ATP, inventory analysis, import/export regulatory requirements, compliance, and the overall supply chain strategy; mastery of English and the local language.
