Premier Support Engineer (Azure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Westminster, Colorado; Lake Oswego, Oregon; Atlanta, Georgia; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; or Knoxville, Tennessee. Four days in the office and one day remote, with 10% travel.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 per year. The position is bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated technical lead and advocate for strategic enterprise Vista ERP customers.
• Resolve complex cloud issues and Microsoft Azure integration challenges.
• Architect and develop performance telemetry dashboards using web development tools.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering and solutions architecture teams to drive customer issues through the development lifecycle.
• Advise customers on database customizations, operational best practices, and software effectiveness.
• Manage high-priority support cases and maintain continuity across complex enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer success in enterprise software environments.
• Deep experience with cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure and integration technologies.
• Expert troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and cloud-based architecture.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with four office days per week at one of the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global CMS Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, or similar construction accounting and project management software.
• Proficiency in HTML, JSON, and CSS for custom data visualizations.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning and CRM ticketing systems.
