What you will do

  • Support People Services operations across Payroll, Validated Learning, and HR Data Management.
  • Assign, route, monitor, and follow up on requests, tickets, and operational activities.
  • Perform data entry, record updates, data quality reviews, and discrepancy escalation.
  • Prepare and consolidate operational payroll reports.
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, work instructions, process records, and dashboard data for KPI monitoring.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience or capability in administrative and operational support across functional teams.
  • Ability to work with HR data, operational reports, documentation, and service requests.
  • Attention to data accuracy, compliance, service continuity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to handle general inquiries using predefined answers and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
  • Availability for a hybrid working model in Bogotá, Colombia.
