Quality Practice Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Nevada; candidates must reside in Nevada and travel to provider offices up to 75% of the time

Salary: $27.02–$48.55 per hour

What you will do

• Educate physician practices and IPAs on HEDIS measures, medical record documentation, and ICD-9/10 and CPT coding.
• Collect, summarize, trend, and present provider quality and risk adjustment performance data.
• Coach providers on performance improvement and identify opportunities for gap closure.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations and other provider-facing teams on Quality, Risk Adjustment, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain clinical relationships with providers across product lines.
• Maintain quality KPIs and HEDIS abstraction accuracy in line with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in Nevada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment coding.
• One active license or certification required: CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ, CPC, CPC-A, or CBCS.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to provider offices.
