Manager, Accounting Advisory (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare benchmarking data, key performance indicators, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Present reporting packages and findings to clients and provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable accounting and process improvements.
• Coordinate US and offshore engagement team members to maintain high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts, including WIP, inventory, job costing, and COGS.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with accounting and ERP systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Fishbowl, or Katana, plus Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 10%.

• CPA, CMA, or similar certification.
